You can return the item and cancel the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the tag has not been removed and the item has not been damaged. When returning, the buyer must pay 5% or 100 shekels (whichever is lower) as a cancellation fee (provided that the item is delivered on time and without defects). After receiving the returned goods, the seller returns the money to the buyer within 2 days.  Terms of crediting money back to the buyer’s account depend on the bank and usually occur within 2 weeks. Delivery of the goods to the customer and in case of return to the seller is not refundable and is paid by the buyer independently.
